Process of UDYAM Registration
- Application for registration will be available on the Udyam registration portal
- Enter your Aadhar number, Aadhar number of the proprietor in case of proprietorship business, Partners or manager in case of other forms of business.
- In the case of company and LLP or trust or society, the organization shall provide its GSTIN and PAN along with its manager Aadhar
- After entering the Aadhar detail the form will pop up and fill the all detail related to the organization and submit the form.
- After submission, the organization will get a Udyam registration number.
- No enterprise shall file more than one Udyam registration if any organization intentionally misrepresent or attempt to suppress the self-declaration facts and figure on registration or updation shall be liable to such penalty as specified under section 27 of the Act.
Documents Required for UDYAM Registration
- Aadhaar number is required for Udyam Registration.
- The Aadhaar number shall be of the proprietor in the case of a proprietorship firm, of the managing partner in the case of a partnership firm and of a Karta in the case of a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF).
- In the case of a Company or a Limited Liability Partnership or a Cooperative Society or a Society or a Trust, the organization or its authorized signatory shall provide its GSTIN and PAN along with its Aadhaar number.
- In case an enterprise is duly registered as an Udyam with PAN, any deficiency of information for previous years when it did not have PAN shall be filled up on a self-declaration basis.
